Diane Johnson, has fifteen years of Real Estate sales and management experience. Diane began her career in Real Estate sales specializing in Corporate Relocations with a local boutique Real Estate firm in Nashville. She led as CEO, and was the Managing Broker of the first Keller Williams Franchise launched in Middle Tennessee, which was the 4th most successful Franchise launched in the country in 2002. She has since served as General Manager in Middle Tennessee, leadingnine Keller Williams Centers, growing that business to #1 Market Share with over 1000 agents and $1.8 Billion in annual sales volume. She served as the 2009 Presidentof the Williamson County Associationof Realtors, and was on the Board of Realtracs, the local MLS provider. Diane is a partner in three Keller Williams offices.
In 2010, Diane relocated to Austin to assume the Role of Team Leader for the Keller Williams Southwest Market Center. Diane was recently inducted into the Team Leader Hall of Fame and her office was ranked Number One in productivity and in charitable contributions to KW Cares, in the entire Nation. Diane, her husband Miles, and her son Jake now reside in Austin, Texas.
Prior to entering the Real Estate Business, Diane was the Regional Vice President of Customer Development in the State of Texas for the Norrell Corporation, a staffing and outsourcing firm. At Norrell, Diane led the Texas Region to be recognized nationally, achieving 115% of plan.
Diane was fortunate to have the opportunity to build her management and P&L expertise over her 14 year tenure with American Express TRS. Diane became a skilled negotiator as a Corporate Sales Manager, recognized as a top 5% performer selling Corporate Cards and Travel to Fortune 500 Firms. She then advanced to the position of Regional Director of Strategic Accounts, launching the new Purchasing Card franchise to the Fortune 500, representing over $1 Billion in charge volume.
