Practically everyone has worked with a REALTOR® at one time or another in their lifetime. It can be an enjoyable experience, like when you find the perfect home for the perfect price, or it can be quite the opposite. Because I have had a “love affair” with homes and property since I was a very young girl growing up in Corpus Christi, Texas, I decided that when I became a REALTOR® I would devote my time and energy to making it the most pleasant experience possible.
Having worked in the title industry for 20 years, settlement statements and closing documents are extremely familiar to me, and I am comfortable explaining those things to clients. As an investor in real estate myself for decades, I feel equipped to advise clients when it comes to purchasing their homestead or an investment property.
