My specialization is in residential and commercial representation of home buyers, home sellers, builders and developers for luxury single family homes and urban in-fill properties. The majority of my business stems from long lasting relationships resulting in repeat transactions with both buyer and seller clients. I have accreditations as a Certified Residential Specialist, a Buyer Representative, a Certified Luxury Home Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert and have achieved status with the Graduate Realtor Institute. Currently, I actively serve on the Austin Board of Realtors’ Professional Standards Committee and Ethics Committee and on the planning team for the Downtown Austin Neighborhood Association's Downtown Living Tour. Additionally, I have been honored by the Austin Business Journal as a Top Producer and as a member of the Elite 25. As a former Westlake resident, I am very familiar with all neighborhoods serving the Eanes school district as well as areas west to Lake Travis. In the past few years, I have become an urban loft dweller and stay on top of that ever growing market with both buyers and sellers. I devote my very rare spare time to educational fund raising, procurement of micro loans, and humanitarian efforts in Third World countries, particularly Guatemala.
