Founded by Stewart Title in 1994 and coordinated now by Gracy Title after merging with Stewart in 2008, the Elite 25℠ represents Austin real estate agents who are in the top 1% of their industry and serves as a national referral network for realtors in the high-end market. Criteria for selection into the Elite 25℠ is based on home sales in the Austin area and other factors including realtor volume. The Elite 25℠ gives the top luxury home agents the opportunity to network with other proven real estate professionals.
